If you prefer a more structured plan, Marcy has built out multiple plans that you can start and stop at any time. These plans are typically 4-weeks long. Once you start the plan you can choose which days you'd like to do your workouts on and then the app will track the rest. Be sure you are logging your workouts in the top right-hand corner of the app once you have completed all the exercises within a workout to progress through the plans.
